Within this context, participants will examine the nature of intergenerational communication in the workplace and consider their ‘leadership presence’ to bring out the best in everyone. The webinar will address such questions as: what kind of environment do we need to create to promote dialog? What skills do we need to do to be effective as employees and managers and why?
